This Cambridge Restaurant is Among the 100 Best in America

Looking for a good place to have dinner this weekend? A contemporary French cuisine restaurant in Cambridge was voted one of the 100 best restaurants in America, according to OpenTable reviews. 

The Table at Season to Taste  offers a rotating, four-course prix fixe menu for $65. Seating only 20 guests and overlooking an open kitchen, The Table offers an eclectic and an intimate environment.

Sauerkraut-Glazed Local Scallops with Macomber Turnip, Pumpernickel & Watercress

Open since last January, the restaurant was  created by  veteran chef Robert Harris and former Craigie on Main chef and Top Chef contestant Carl Dooley. Harris also founded local catering company Season to Taste, which specializes in seasonal, farm-to-table menus.

Spiced Carrot Soup with Goat Sausage, Feta Cheese & Crispy Pita

Current menu items include yellowfin tuna, house-made pumpkin ravioli, and slow-cooked pork belly and tongue.
Don’t worry, a vegetarian menu is also available upon request!

Quince & Apple Crisp, Manchego Ice Cream, Armagnac-soaked Raisins

The restaurant also offers a standing wine bar where guests can hang out before meals and snack on light dishes such as foie gras mousse and duck confit. OpenTable’s best restaurants list reflects more than 10 million restaurant reviews for more than 24,000 restaurants across the country.
