Makeup and skin-care lovers rejoice! Beauty retailer Sephora will open its 16th area store in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood on Oct. 21, the brand announced earlier this week.
Sephora operates 15 stores in Massachusetts, including locations at the Prudential Center, the Natick and Burlington malls and the Shops at Chestnut Hill. Its newest 3,800-square-foot store will open at the Van Ness, a mixed-use development at 1325 Boylston St. It will feature 13,000 products from 200 makeup and skincare brands and offer makeover services.
The store will be open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Van Ness was developed by Samuels & Associates and includes a 232,000 sqft. office and 174-unit residential tower sitting atop a 165,000 sqft. retail base that’s anchored by Target. The office space reached full capacity this summer with a big lease by biotechnology startup Decibel Therapeutics. Interested in living in the lap of luxury at the Van Ness?
